Blogger's Challenge Week #9 - Get Punchy

FINALLY it is Friday! Time to post my Blogger's Weekly Challenge! Our assignment this week was to create a card using punches. I've been waiting a couple days to post this... I am in LOVE with punches...I have tons of them. I knew the minute I heard about this challenge that I was going to use a couple of Stampin' Up!'s new punches to make this flower card! It came together VERY easy and I'm happy with it!

The small flowers in the geraniums are from the Three for You punch, punched MANY times from Real Red and Bravo Burgundy cardstock. The leaves are punched from Wild Wasabi with the Circle Scallop punch and rubbed with Bravo Burgundy direct to paper for texture and color. The stems I cut from Always Artichoke with the On Board Ginormous Pieces templates like they showed at Convention. They are also rubbed with Bravo Burgundy for texture.

Make sure to check out the rest of the talented Blogger Challenge participants! I'm anxious to see what everyone does this week!

Sets: Priceless, All Holidays
C/S: Real Red, Bravo Burgundy, Wild Wasabi, Always Artichoke, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Soft Sky
Inks: Chocolate Chip, Bravo Burgundy, Soft Sky
Other: Wild Wasabi double stitched ribbon, Three for You punch, Scallop Circle Punch

I love this idea! Did you know that there is a company that sells stamp "templates" to do this for ALOT of money? Your idea is much better, prettier -- and cheaper. This is definitely a CASE!
