BLOG candy for my BLOG ANNIVERSARY!

This post will stay at the top until Wednesday night!

Did you notice? I have a new look for my ONE YEAR Blog Anniversary! Thanks to Michelle at http://www.blogstamper.com/ who designed my new banner and spent hours trying to find the right font. I think it turned out GREAT!

When I started my Blog, I never expected it to turn out as it has! I expected to use it for mostly my customers to get ideas from projects and cards I'm working on. I'm proud to say that I've managed to post frequently each week and have a "following"...thank you to ALL of you who check in frequently to see what I'm doing! I appreciate it!!!

And...what did I say? BLOG candy! Yes! To celebrate the week of my Anniversary into Blogging, I am giving away Blog Candy. There is an assortment of unmounted stamps from The Scrap Pack...numerals, Index Tabs, backgrounds, and circles. Some Clear Stamps from Studio G that are TOO darling, several Shakers from I Kan Dee and Rebecca Sowers, Dimensional stickers from Memory Shoppe and other scrapbooking or stamping embellishments! You'll LOVE this assortment of goodies! Plus, I'm still organizing my Studio, so I may find MORE this week...you never know! lol!

What do you need to do? To celebrate my week, post a comment to THIS post telling me the ONE thing you enjoy MOST about SPRING! (Yes, I am wanting to see Spring BAD!) I'm figuring since it is March 1st, that it MUST be right around the corner? So...maybe you can help me bring it here a little faster! You have until Wednesday night, March 5 @ 7:00 PM to submit your comment. My Blog is moderated, so you will not see your comment post until I approve it!

Many THANKS!
Connie

I love spring because I know that my favorite season is just around the corner, summer! Spring is nice
because its getting warmer, the sun is shining more, flowers are growing and leaves are coming out on the trees.

I love the warmth that comes with Spring! I know it doesn't seem that cold in NC to alot of people from farther north but to this former Florida girl it is COLD! It seems I get cold in January and don't warm up till April.

I love to watch the progress of the bulbs in the yard... even though we've snow, the tops are peeking out! Soon the snow will be gone (maybe!) and the flowers will be in bloom. HAPPY SPRING, HAPPY BLOGIVERSARY!

I love Spring, the air is so fresh and although it isn't real warm yet we know summer is coming. We go on our first camping trip every Easter, usually darn cold still, but we know Easter announces Spring and that warm weather is on the way. The tulips and daffs are poking through too, a sure sign of Spring. Happy anniversary Connie! Lynn Forsythe

Congratulations on your one year anniversary! Your Blog Spot looks professional and is full of interesting and helpful information. That doesn't even count the gorgeous artwork.

If I could say just one thing about what I love about spring it is smell in the air. Everything is fresh and clean. It's my favorite season of the year. It's not too cold and not too hot here in MI.

Hello Connie!
Congratulations on keeping up your blog for 1 year!! This is an accomplishment and I love seeing youst posts. So what can I say about spring. Here in the Netherlands with all the colours of the bulbs, spring is the most wonderful time of the year. Every year I go to the Keukenhof, the place with over 7 million kinds of bulbs: Fantastic to see! Do come over and celebrate spring with me!!

Happy 1st Anniversary!!
I love spring as its such a time of revival & renewal. The wonderful fresh smell in the air, the sun warming things up, the birds singing, the flowers starting to peek out of the newly thawed ground, trees budding with new leaves. It just makes one want to go out & enjoy the beauty of nature. Yaah Spring!!

Wonderful new look-Wonderful Blog!!!
I love Spring - the Indian Summers we are having right now are great. I'm so sorry you are digging out of snow. We haven't had snow for 18 years in our part of SE Texas. I love your card & it has inspired me to pull out my Wonderful Tulip stamp set.
Happy Anniversary! Sandy in TX

Congratulations on your blog anniversary. thanks for the opportunity to win some blog candy. The thing I like most about Spring is celebrating the Jesus rising from the grave and that he died for our sins. I love hearing the birds singing and the flowers blooming. It is so beautiful in springtime.

I love the sounds of spring. I love hearing the melting snow running into the gutters, hearing the birds singing to celebrate the warmer air and the sounds of more people spending time outside in their gardens, fresh from holing up in their house all winter. Congrats on your bloginversary!

The thing I love about Spring is that first day. That one day that you actually walk to the mail box instead of drving up to it and then linger in the driveway (throwing most of it away)sorting it and glancing up into the sky to let the sun shine on your face. That first day when you finally feel like taking a walk again. When theres still little mounds of snow here and there but its warm enough for a light jacket. Its that first day that you feel like going to the park again or pumping up the tires in the bikes. Cleaning the garage or vacuuming out the car!! Its almost here I can feel it. It makes me smile to just think about it. Peace Cynthia

I love spring because the weather is in the 70's and 80's but than summer comes and than it goes to the 90's and 100's. The flowers and trees are blooming. That is not so...good. I also like spring because it is baseball season than we are running around with our children who play ball.

Have a great week!

Hi Connie! I love your new banner and new look! Let's see, there is so much I love about spring in North Carolina. My favorite thing would have to be watching the trees go from bare to buds to full with leaves in just 4 short weeks.

Besides seeing the tulips & daffodils come up, I would have to say the one thing I'll enjoy the most is my husband going back to work after being laid off for the winter.

I love to see the spring flowers peek their 'heads' out of the ground for the first time! I know then that Spring is just around the corner.

Congrats on your blog birthday. I live in Florida so spring doesn't really change the climate, but there are the azalea's blooming bringing colors that we don't see year round here because of the heat.

My favourite thing about Spring is the smell - starts to smell like fresh grass and flowers. Plus, the snow should be gone (hopefully)!

I love spring because of its freshness. Living in Ohio, we've had lots of snow, still do, and I am SO looking forward to spring! Love watching the birds at the feeders outside my studio window!

Spring... I love the colors of spring! Makes my paper crafting turn into bright and pastel colors instead of the fall & winter colors I tend to use during those times of year. Spring colors make me cheerful!

Thanks for the opportunity of the blog candy :)

I love being able to turn off the a/c and heat and open up the windows. Of course seeing all the bluebonnets everywhere is nice too.

Beautiful blog--this is the first time I've visited it! :)

Winter is LONG and COLD here in Minnesota, so there is SO much to love about spring! The thing I love most though is that first sign that the long, hard winter finally will be coming to an end: The return of the birds! The sweet song of the robin fills my heart with hope, because he reminds me that the newness of spring is on its way.

Happy Blogaversary :)! I love spring because the air seems to be fresher, I can go on more walks with the kids without bundling them up to the nines. To only then undress them so they can run to the bathroom, even though they claim they have gone before they put their gear on. Lol, anyways thank you for this chance at some great blog candy :)!

Flowers!! I love to see the flowers come up and I love being able to use more flowers when I stamp. Spring is such a relief after the snow or brown grass of winter in the midwest.

Happy Blogging Anniversary. Spring, ah, just a memory at the moment. I just love the 'fresh' warm air smell you get when the windows are open for the first time in about 6 months. Much more but this seems to be prominent.

Hi Connie
Love your new blog header. Congratulations on your 1 year blog anniversary.

What I love about spring in one word is COLOR. More sunshine, buds & leaves on the trees, and flowers peeking through to see the glory of a new beginning.

Call me crazy but my favorite thing about spring is mowing the grass! I love the bright green of new spring grass, the squishy earth under my feet, and the wonderful smell of newly-mowed grass. That says spring better than anything to me!

I love spring because it's the herald of summer. Spring's gentle warmth reminds me that soon I’ll be spending hot days at the beach. Also the days are longer so I feel like I can fit more in.

My most favorite part of Spring, aside from the first flowers in bloom, is the fresh smell in the air that tells me that Spring is on it's way.

The two things I look forward to are getting a pedicure and putting on flipflops again! We have been buried in snow and ice this season. School has had so many cancellations and delays that they are now extending school for thirty minutes each day to make up for all of the lost time! So yes, I am eager for spring!

Congratulations on your anniversary. Thank you for sharing all your great ideas and projects. With the coming of Spring comes fresh air. It's great to finally open the windows, air the house out and freshen things up a bit. I also love the smell of the damp grass in the early morning. And just around the corner, Summer!

Congrats Connie, on being published! You go girl!

OK, my favorite part about Spring is getting to see my 2 and 3 year old go outside and play! Well, obviously this will be the first time that they were 2 and 3, but that's the fun part, you get to see how much they've grown and spread their wings just a little more than the year before. And of course the weather changing and hearing the birds sing is wonderful in the mornings!

Spring is about new beginnings, and I love the concept, and the experience of it! The magic of new life in the garden, in all of nature, and the promise of what is to be! I can't say it's my favorite season because I love them all, but I do enjoy Spring for all it is when we have it here!

Congratulations on your Blogaversary! Thank you for sharing your time and talent, and a great prize!

I love spring because the birds are singing! There is nothing better than the windows open, the soft breeze coming in the house and to hear the birds chirping while they build their nests. It's beautiful!

Hi! The 1 thing I love about Spring is seeing all of the new flowers just start to "pop up" out of the ground and each day they get a little bit taller and my kids go nuts "ohhing and awwing" over the changes they have from day to day and even from morning (low light) to afternoon (strong sun). It's a new beginning for the bulbs and means that soon we will see all of the woodland creatures scampering about, hear the birds, crickets and frogs...you name...we are nature freaks :)

The one thing I enjoy most about Spring is that I'm back in Ohio and I get to see the change of seasons. Even if there is snow on the ground, the crocus still makes it's appearance, followed by the hyacinths...and then there's the forsythia...and a drive around the OSU campus and everyone is wearing shorts and then there's the sandpit volleyball games!

What I love most about spring is that we might FINALLY see the sun again - I'm getting very bored with our perpetual gray skies.
